Cross Check Catahoulas

Cross Check Catahoulas is a small breeder located in mid-western Ontario, Canada with a focus on
producing strong working dogs. We are a NALC certified breeder and a member of the ACA. All of
our dogs are registered with the NALC and the UKC, and are working cow dogs, gathering and
penning cattle on our cow/calf operation. We strive to produce a truly versatile dog with exceptional
work ethic, endurance and intelligence, an easy going temperament, and excellent conformation.

We also actively show our dogs with the UKC, Canadian Rare Breed Club, and NALC to great
success. Our dogs have achieved multiple Best of Breed and Group wins and even a couple of Best

The name Cross Check comes from Kenzie's "signature move". When you ask her if she wants to go
to work, she runs at you, jumps up and bounces off of you with her front paws...like a cross check.
She has managed to teach this move to all the dogs here. Thank you Kenzie.
